Dawnielle Jeffrey

Chief Program Officer

As Chief Program Officer, Dawnielle leads the programmatic vision and strategy at Marillac St. Vincent, working closely with the Senior Leadership Team and programmatic teams in Early Childhood Education & Care, Youth Services, Community Connections, and Doula & Home Visiting.

She brings more than 20 years of professional experience in community-based organizations and 16 years of educational leadership. Before joining MSV in 2022, Dawnielle served as Vice President of Early Childhood Services at Children’s Home & Aid.

Dawnielle holds a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from Langston University and a Master of Science in Teaching, Learning, and Leadership from Oklahoma State University. She completed the Head Start Management Fellows Program at UCLA Anderson School of Management and the Barbara Bowman Fellowship at the Erikson Institute, where she now serves on the Early Childhood Leadership Academy Advisory Board. She also mentors new Head Start directors through the Program Management and Fiscal Operations–UCLA New Director Mentor Initiative.
