Chief Human Resources Officer

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Angela leads enterprise-wide strategy for Human Resources, Culture, Talent Management, and Employee Wellness. She oversees key areas including Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, and Compliance.

She is a strategic Human Resources executive with more than 20 years of experience aligning people strategy with organizational mission, strengthening governance practices, and building inclusive, high-performing cultures while advising leadership, and driving organizational effectiveness across nonprofit, education, and national organizations.  She has a strong track record of guiding executive teams through organizational change, mitigating risk, and implementing policies and systems that improve operational performance and workforce engagement.

Prior to her current role, Angela previously held leadership roles with the U.S. Soccer Federation, Saga Education, Rush University Medical Center and Chicago Public Schools, where she managed large-scale HR operations and complex stakeholder environments.

She holds a Master of Arts in Management from Robert Morris University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from DePaul University. She is recognized for her collaborative leadership style, sound judgment, and commitment to advancing equitable and mission-driven organizations.
