What Is the Harvest Hub?

The Harvest Hub is a food pantry that does so much more. It’s where nutritious food opens the door to health, stability, and belonging.

Located on Chicago’s West and North Sides, the Hub provides families and individuals with nutrient dense food, connects them to health resources, and offers support programs that build confidence and lasting wellness.

• Families and individuals learn to cook and shop with confidence.

• Neighbors gain access to trusted healthcare providers and wellness programs.

• Local farms supply fresh, organic food that strengthens both body and community.
